London strolling

A student protest then a taxi protest filled Trafalgar Square this afternoon, and we were there to watch. Love it! London is so full-of life, culture, people, monuments, history, commerce, languages.

Walked from SoHo down to Horse Guards and back. The National Gallery was an unexpected marvel-Turner, Monet, Van Gogh...amazing. What a privilege.

Big Ben at sunset, a second bracelet photo for the kids with one of Nelson's lions. A squirrel. St Martins, Admiral, St James Square, theaters, NZ House. So much.

Dark by 5pm. Just need to stay awake for dinner now.
